Wish behind the name of the school
For the Children's Future.
The Mirai Kids soroban school was started by a mother's desire for her child's future.
"What can I do at this moment for the children who will one day spread their wings into the future?" When I thought about this, I thought I wanted to nurture their ability to choose their own future like, "This is what I want to do! I want to go down this path!" and make it come true by themselves. I also wanted to help children who live abroad but have a Japanese background to learn the Japanese language with a wonderful word "mirai" meaning future. With these wishes in mind, we named our school "Mirai Kids".
Why "Soroban"?
It unlocks the potential of children.
In addition to the tangible benefits of improving calculation skills, soroban education has been attracting attention in recent years for its ability-developing effects on children's potential. Through classroom and online lessons, we can support children unlocking their inherent human potential. With this in mind, we started "Soroban Education".

そろばん本来の特性である数の「見える化」を通して計算に強くなるだけでなく、暗算の練習で右脳をつかうことからイメージ力が強化されます。また、限られた時間で問題を解く環境の中で集中力が養われます。

生徒たちは、検定試験や日々の課題を通して「自分ならできる！」と自分を信じてチャレンジすることや、難しいことでも練習を積み重ねることで克服できることを学びます。そうして培われた「自信」「やり抜く力」「忍耐力」は人格形成の土台となり、未来を切り開く原動力になっていきます。
